5Whys XYZ is an AI-powered root cause analysis software that guides users through the 5 Whys methodology. It provides intelligent follow-up questions, suggested answers, and analysis reports to help identify root causes of problems.
You must create an account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One person per account; sharing accounts is not permitted.
Free accounts receive 3 analyses per month. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $14/month and include 100 credits. Credit packs are one-time purchases that never expire. All payments are processed through Paddle. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of purchase.
You retain ownership of all content you submit (problem statements, answers). We retain ownership of the service, AI-generated questions, insights, and reports. You are granted a license to use AI-generated content for your own purposes.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated questions and insights are for guidance only and should not be considered professional advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on analysis results.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
