What counts as an "analysis"?
A complete 5 Whys session, from initial problem to root cause. You can revise, branch, and export it as much as you want without spending another credit.
What's a credit?
Pro uses a credit system so you only pay for what you use. One full analysis costs 10 credits. Pro includes 100 credits/month — about 30 analyses for typical teams.
What happens at 3 free analyses?
You can keep reading and exporting past analyses. To start a new one, upgrade to Pro or buy a credit pack — your data stays put either way.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Account → Subscription. Pro stays active until the end of your billing period; you keep access to your analyses forever.
Do credits roll over?
Monthly credits reset each billing cycle. Bonus credits from packs never expire and are used after monthly credits.
How does team collaboration work on Pro?
Invite up to 2 teammates. You share one credit pool, but each member gets their own login and analysis history.
What is your refund policy?
